Timprov for Teams
Team building that gives your team a direct experience of what good collaboration actually feels like.
Most
team-building doesn't stick
The usual options — away days, paintball, pub quizzes — are enjoyable enough. But they rarely change how a team actually works together on Monday morning. People have a good time and then go back to the same habits.
The reason is simple: those activities are social, not functional. They don't give people a direct experience of the thing you're trying to improve.
Improv does.
What
Timprov brings to your team
This is a 45–60 minute lunch-and-learn session built around one idea: when a team is really working together, the result is better than anything any individual could have produced alone. Not slightly better. Significantly better.
Participants experience this directly — through exercises that make it visible and felt, not just described. The session is hands-on, accessible to everyone regardless of background, and debriefed with an explicit link back to how teams communicate and collaborate day to day.
No performance experience needed. No trust falls.
What
to expect
A short, jargon-free framing of how improv connects to real teamwork
Two or three hands-on exercises — active, accessible, and genuinely engaging
A debrief that names what happened and connects it back to the workplace
Something concrete to take away — a shared reference point your team can use
The session runs at your location. All you need is a room where people can stand up and move around a little.
Where
it can lead
The lunch-and-learn works well as a standalone session. It also works as a starting point.
If your team wants to go further, Timprov offers full-day improv training — one or two days depending on what you're after. And if your team has a specific problem to work through, there's also the option of a facilitated Creative Problem Solving day, where a structured process is applied to something real that matters to your organisation.
Happy to discuss what might suit your team best.
